Board met in regular session at 10:'00 A.M. All member; present.
Petition received and read for a pipe sewer on Sorin Street from Eddy Street to
Arthur Street. The game has been referred to the City Engineer for investigation.

----Engineer filed assessment end final estimate for Pavement on Fellows Street f'roia
Monroe Street to Sample Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 128,
RESOLVED, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for
six consecutive days in the South Bend Deily Times, commencing on the 5th. day of.
August 1912, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the axiount of such assess
meets at its o ffi ce in the .City Hall on the 23rd. day of August,1912 at 7:45 P.M.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the entire work under the above contrwcts be ac—
cepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolutin
shall be published on the 5th. day of August,1912 in the South Bend Daily Times)
stating that this Board will give a, hearing on the acceptance of such work at its
o ffi ce in tie City Hall on the 23rd. day df Julyj1 12 at 7:45 P.M.
