Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe Seger on Allen Street from Van -Buren Street to Vassar Avenue under Improvement Resolution Na. 136. RESOLVED, that notices as to the amounts of assessments bepUbl i shed for r six'consecutive diys in the South Bend Daily Tines, commencing' on the 29th. day of July 1912, stating that this; Board will give a hearing on the above 'assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of August 1912 at 7 A5 P.M. RESOLVED furtheri that the entire work under the above contracts be ac- cepted nd approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice :of this resol- ution shall be published on the 2rjth. day-ofJuly 10,12, in the South Bend Deily Times, stating that this Board will gi ve a hearing on the acceptance T such wor at its office in the City Hail on the 23rd. day of August. 1912 at 7:45 P.M. President. Board met in regular hearing at :1:45 P.M. All members present. Hearing given onDeclaratory Resolution No. 192 for a Trunk Sewer on Olive Street and Mi chi gan Avenue from Longley Avenue on Olive Street to Mi chi gan Avenue and 1436 North westerly on Michigan Avenue. In the above matter remonstrat°ors appeared and a remonstrance was filed Therefore be it resolved that the Board find that in each and every case in said Improve- ment that the benefits to the property, and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement, and the same are hereby in all things ratified, eIDnfi rme d and approved. Be it resolved, that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 29th. of July and on the 5th. day of August 1912 to the effect that said Board will 'receive bids for the construction of said Improvement UP to 10:00 A.M. on the 16th. day of August,1912. Therefore be it resolved th.nt the Board find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits.to the property, and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement and hhe same are hereby in all things rati- fied, confirmed and approved. Therefore be it resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property, and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated -cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it -resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Times on the 29th. day of July 19.12 and on the 5th. day of August,1912 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to .10:00 A.M. on the. 16th. day of August21912 the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids . Nearing given on Declaratory Resolution No. 187. for Grade, Curb and walk on Nineteenth Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Grand Trunk R.R. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed Therefore be it resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits= to the property, and to the City of South Bend are equal to the esti- mated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmeda,d and approved. The Board after due consideration deferred all action on the same un til Friday August the 9th. at 7:45 P.M. .Hearing given on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate for Brick Pavement on Scott Street from Michigan Avenue to Portage Avenue, under Improvement Resolfbon No.127- 127-A. : Vo remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board fherefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed July loth . 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed July loth. 1912 and the final estimate' allowed July loth. should be and the sane are hereby in all things ratified,, confirmed and approved. c,llearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavements on 2nd alley South of Wayne Street from St. Joseph.
