Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Bastian Absent .
Petition for release of American Surety Company on Roberts ,Hoban and Reach,
ten (10) year guarantee bond for mainta,inance of East Colfax Avenue Brick
Pavement. The samereferred to the City Engineer for Investigation.
Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, Curb and walk on
Woodward & Blaine Avenues from South line M.A. L.R.R. Co.. to Queen. Street ,under
Improvement Resolution No. 143.
RESOTVED, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published
for six consecutive days in the ,South Bend Daily Times,. commencing on the 2.2nd.
day of July 19120t ut ins that this Board will give as . hearing on the amount of such
assessment s at it s offi ce in the City Hall on the th. day of August .1912.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the entire work under the above contracts be
accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of .this
resolution shall be published on the 22n . day of July 1912, in the South Bend
Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing an the acceptance of
such work in its office in,the City Hall on the 9th. day a,° 11 12 at 7:45 P. M.
