Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.,
f Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimate for Grading on Al:l'%r Pest of
Main Street from Navarre Street to Bartlett Streets improvement resolution No. 101
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published
for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the Mth4 day
of July 11912, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 26th. day of July, 1912. at 7:45
P.M.
Resolved further that the entire; work under the above ao ntracts be'
accepted and approved and the Rnal estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resol,:
ution shall be, published on the 8th. day of July 1912 in the Soft h Bend. Daily Times
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its
office in the City Hall on the 26th. day of July 1912 at 7: 45 P.M.
Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate on Brick Pavement on 2nd. alley
South of Wayne Street from St. Joseph Street to Carroll Street under inp rovemert
Resolution No. 125.
Resolved, 'that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published
for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 8th. day
of July 1912 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the mount of such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 26th. day of July 1932 at 7:45 P.M
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be
accepted and . approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resoi7&
tion shall be published on the.8th. day of July 1912 in the South Bend Daily Times
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of suchwork at its

J Petition for grade, curb and walk on 0' Brien Street from Michigan Avenue to East
end of Street, received. Same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation.
Engineer reported grade on Howard Street from South Bend Anenut to East lineof
Morey's Addition. Same was placed on file.
