Hearing given on -assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on Ninth. Street,

No remonst rat o rs appeared and no remonst ranee s were filed, the Board therefore f. ind
that the property assessed in said rolls filed April 30th. 1912 is benefited in the
amount of assessments as shown.on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assess—
ment rolls filed April 30th. 1912 , and the final estimate allowed April 30th. 1912
should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved

from L.S. & M. S. Ry. to Broadway, under improvement resolution No. 94.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed, the Board therefore find
that the property assessed in said rolls filed April 26th. 1912 is benefited in the
amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the.
assedsment rolls filed April 26th. 1912 and the final estimate allowed April 26th. 1912
should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified confirmed and approved.
