The meeting was called to order at 4:38 p.m.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Erin Hanig, President
Richard Klee, Secretary-Treasurer
Members Absent: Anthony Fitts, Vice-President
Redevelopment Staff: Mary Brazinsky, Board Secretary
Legal Counsel: Sandra Kennedy, Esq.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 25, 2019
Upon a motion by Richard Klee, Secretary-Treasurer, seconded by Erin
Hanig, President the motion carried unanimously, the Authority approved
the Minutes of the Meeting on March 25, 2019.

3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Resolution No. 204 (Temporary Use of Property for River Lights
Music, LLC)
This Resolution is a Temporary Use Agreement for the use of the property
for the River Lights Music Festival which will be held on June 7 and June
8, 2019. The organizers of the festival located on Niles Avenue is seeking
approval of 109 S. Niles Avenue which is immediately adjacent to the
Emporium Restaurant parking lot. We ask for Commission approval.
Upon a motion by Richard Klee, Secretary-Treasurer, seconded by Erin
Hanig, President, the motion carried unanimously, the Authority approved
Resolution No. 204 (Temporary Use of Property for River Lights Music,
LLC) submitted on June 5, 2019.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion by Richard Klee, Secretary-Treasurer, seconded by Erin
Hanig, President, the motion carried unanimously, the Authority adjourned
the meeting at 4:39 p.m.
