'Th he -3- staff explained the situation to the Commission and indi- cated that the use of the word "misundersta.ndin-" was not appropriate. PROGRESIS REPORTS a. Upon Chicago HUD off-ice concurrence that the application has been forwarded to Washington, the LPA could begin acquiring formal local approyals. This could require about two and a half months, after which a public hearing schedule will require approximately 30 days. b. Ind aserial -Ex pansion Project, R-56. Chicago HUD concur- rence has baen received in the acquisition prices for all parcels in the proj2!ct area. The Part II documentation has subsequently been forwarJed to I-IUD. The staff is hopeful of receiving the Loan and Grint Contract documents in the near future, after which acquisition can begin.
