MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
WATER WORKS DIVISION
CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK GROUP
THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING sets forth an agreement between the City of South Bend and
Teamsters Local Union No. 364.
1. The Department of Public Works, Water Works Division Supplemental Agreement to the Master
Agreement made effective January 1, 2017, is hereby amended as follows for the Customer Service Work Group:
2. This Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective October 14, 2019. Every other provision of the
original Master Agreement and Supplemental Agreement is hereby ratified, approved and reaffirmed by the
parties and all other matters previously agreed to and set forth and not affected by this amendment remain in full
force and effect.
