Limited topographic information will be gathered as necessary to develop design documents • Design, drafting, cost estimating, and specification and contract document preparation to ensure that impacted sections of the East Bank Riverwalk meet ADA, PROWAG, and City of South Bend standards. • Design, drafting, cost estimating, and specification and contract document preparation to incorporate three alternate sinkhole repair options in to contract documents. Original contract included preparation of one repair option. • Revision of contract documents from Bid format to Quote format. • Revision of contract documents to separate the East Bank Sinkhole Repairs (City Project 118-305A) from the East Race Boat Launch Slope Repairs (City Project 118- 305B) • Additional fee associated with this work is $6,185.00. b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: $6,185.00 of additional compensation to be added to Task # 1 of the original Agreement Between Owner and Engineer for Professional Services executed on July 10, 2018.
