On motion by Mr. Louis, seconded by Mr. Helmen, the Commission advised the bids be itemized in detail for analysis by the engineer and his recommendations, and the awarding of the contract be taken under advise- ment. 3. REtSOLUTION NO. 9(7, - INDIANA R -29 On motion by Mr. Louis, seconded by Mr. Kompar, the Commission unanimously approved the resolution authorizing the acceptance of a bid or bids for the purchase of $783,000 Preliminary Loan Notes of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, for Project Indiana R -29.
