II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of a special meeting held on August 12, 1964 were read and unanimously
approved.
III. ELECT ON OF OFFICERS
Mr. Kromkowski nominated Dean J. Wilhelm for office of President of the Redeve-
lopment Trustees. Mrs. Curtis seconded the nomination and cast a unanimous
ballot for Mr. Wilhelm as President for 1965.
Mr. Sheets nominated A. J. Kromkowski for office of Vice President. Mrs.
Curtis seconded the nomination and cast a unanimous ballot for Mr. Kromkowski
as Vice Pr sident.
Mr. Sheets nominated Mrs. Curtis for the office of Secretary. Mr. Kromkowski
seconded t e nomination and cast a unanimous ballot for Mrs. Curtis as
Secretary.
IV. APPOIOTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS
The Board f Trustees commended the Commissioners for the outstanding job they
did in 196 and recommended the reappointment of the present Commissioners for
1965.
Mr. Sheets moved and Mr. Wilhelm seconded the motion that the present Redeve-
lopment Co issioners: James G. Louis, Fred J. Helmen, Donald A. Wiggins,
Frank G. K czan and Stephen E. Kompar be reappointed to serve for the year of
1965. Unanimous consent was given to the reappointment of these men.
Mrs. Curti suggested that a letter of appreciation be sent to the Commissioners
commending all of them for their untiring work.
