Mr. Davis, Relocation Director, read a list showing where RELOCATION people from the Chapin Street Area have been relocated in REPORT South Bend. To date, 29 families have been relocated from the p oject area; this includes 24 non - -white and 5 white families. On motion made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Brown and unanimously carried, theCommission established a 10/ commission rate for sale of vacant land in the Sample Street Indiana R -7 area, in order to make the land available on a more competitive basis.: Mr. Sucher reported that as far as the LaSalle Park program is concerned, no comment has been received from the Regional office in Chicago on the revised marketability study, and this will be the key item on what can be done on the LaSalle Park Project.
