Baer, LPA Counsel The m4utes of the recessed meeting held on December 2, 1963 were read #d approved. On mo4on made by Mrs. Curtis, seconded by Mr. Kromkowski and unani- mously passed, it was RE OLVED: That the following recommendations be submitted to the redevelopment commissioners with respect to the di position of the land in the Sample Street R -7 areai- 1. That the Commissioners continue their efforts to notify all trucking companies of the available land in the Sample Street area and that said land was ideally suitable for terminal sio ce. -1- I. S — Continued 2. To make land available to redevelopment investors or the general terms and conditions approved by the HHFA a d in accordance with the recommendations of the trustees at their meeting of February 6, 1963. 3. To continue to run classified advertisement with spect to the available space in the South Bend Tribune d in such other publications as in the opinion of the mmissioners will produce best results.. 4. To contact the proper personnel in local industries to secure their assistance in making recommendations to their suppliers and other manufacturing concerns with whom they do business to locate in South Bend. II. APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS FOR 1964 Mr. Wilhelm suggested that the meeting be again recessed in order to give Mayor —elect Lloyd M. Allen an opportunity to make reconmiendations with respect to the appointment of Commissioners. On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously passed, it was SOLVEDt That the meeting of the trustees originally h ld December 2, 1963 and recessed and continued to December 16, 1963, be again recessed to December 23, 1S63 at 1000 o'clock A.
