ly ca ried, claims for payment totaling $43,199.19 were endorsed
by thE Commission.
III. RESOLUTION NO. 55 - CONFIRMATORY RESOLUTION CHAPIN STREET
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA - INDIANA R -29
On motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr..Placc, -and; .0 moixsly
carri d, the Commission approved the Confirmatory Resolution for the
Chapir Street Redevelopment Project Area, Indiana R"29,. The,resolu-
tion is herewith attached and made a part of the minutes.

IV. FAIR HOUSING CONFERENCE
On motion made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Helmen and unanimously
carried, the Commission approved a trip by Mr. Louis and Mr. Sucher
to attend the Fair Housing Conference in Springfield, Illinois, on
February 15 and 16, 1963.
