On m tion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Williams, and unani-
mously carried, claims for payment totaling $45,859.39 and transfer
of funds amounting to $5,872.67 were endorsed by the Commission.
IV. COMMITTEE REORGANIZATION
Mr. Sucher reported that work has been started on the problem of
the Yeorganization of the Mayor's Citizens' Committee and that a
prop sal will be submitted within two weeks for the Commission.
V. PROGRESS REPORT
Mr. Lynch, Field Manager of Interstate Demolition Corp. PAYMENT OF

Mr. K czan, Demolition Chairman, concurred that this
payment should be made according to the 90/ formula
where there is no question of slabs and sidewalks and
where the Inspector has given approval to the final work.
Mr. Sucher stated that Site Representative, Mr. Spoonhour,
will e in South Bend April 18, 1962 and the question of`
slabs, sidewalks, and debris interpretation can be made
at th's time.
Mr. B'elicki reported an operating income, as of March, RELOCATION
in re at amounting to $17,868.80: After-expenses there REPORT
is a Burplus of $9,755.85 to date. January through INDIANA R -7.
March shows a net loss in-operation of-$501:34. Delin_._._.
quent rental accounts amount to a total of $5,157.97.
This epresents a reduction of delinquent rent from the

Mr. Bielicki further stated that.to date we have relocated
225 flamilies; remaining active workload consists of 11
families, one commercial and two singles. The first Direct
Loss of Property Payment was made amounting to $3000 on

Mr. ielicki reported that the following rentals were
due grom the persons listed below:
GADS ON, Glenda: Parcel 6 -5. Paid $54.00 Relocation
Claim towards rent; still due $46.00. Receives Aid
to Dependent Children. No economic resources for
collection.
JOHNSON, Zeda: Parcel 2 -30. Paid $54.00 Relocation
Claim towards rent; still..due $426.65. Unemployed;
receives Aid to Dependent Children. No prospect for
coll cting.

Upon motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Williams H -6144
and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the REQUEST FOR
submittal of a revised HHFA Form H -6144 Request for CONCURRENCE
Concurrence in Acquisition Prices on Parcels 11-10,
7 -14 and 13 -11.
Mr. Sucher reported that the GNRP Application for LASALLE
LaSalle Park had been submitted to URA. Mr. Sam Logan PARK
thanked the Commission for the work that had been done AREA
