ly carried, the minutes of November 16, 1961 meeting were approved
as read and the following business was discussed:

The Commission reviewed the Option Agreements signed by property

Upon motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Williams and unani-

Authorization for filing suits is given subject to each
property owner having received a 10-day final notice by
registered letter prior to suit. Unless response is
received from the property owner accepting the offered
pric , condemnation suits are to be filed.
Mr_ ielicki reported that the following rentals were

receiving public assistance. Paid $45, or full amount
of relocation claim towards rent.
RosiE Williams; Parcel 13 -3, owes $32.2.4. Unemployed,
receives public assistance. Recently released from
Beatty Memorial Hospital (mental institution).- Refuses
to sign Form #6140.for relocation claim. No resources
for collection.
Mr. ielicki stated that in his opinion these accounts
were either uncollectible due to economic circumstances
or t e expense of collection would be unwarranted.

Counsel to file suit against Emell Taylor, Parcel 1 -3,
for back rent in the amount of $355.41 and, if necess-
ary, to enforce collection by garnishment.
