Base bid includes an estimate cost of $130.00 for permit fees. Adjustment to the final cost may change once final permit fee is determined. 2. Excludes performance bond costs. 3. Sales tax is excluded. 4. Liquidated damages are excluded. S. Costs are figured for 8 hours shifts, 5 days a week. 6. Anticipated construction completion is 9 weeks from commencement of work. Award of contract would need to be on or before September 13th to allow for 7 weeks for creation of shop drawings & approval (1/2 week), fabrication, paint & delivery (5 weeks) & installation (1 1/2 weeks). Larson Danielson and subcontractor would not be responsible if there is a delay to the approval of shop drawings. 7. The November 15th , 2019 completion date is for the Base Bid only. The Alternates provided would require additional time for procurement and installation of materials. 8. The Morris Theater would need to accommodate for parking and storage of materials during construction. 9.
