Service Body: Body shall be equal to a Patriot Platform with Q�y N O following specifications: W.A. JONES Body platform length shall be 147" Body width: 95.75" Platform base shall be 11 gauge high tensile strength steel with cross members on 12" center with 5" structural C- Chanel long sills. Side and end rails shall be of 12-gauge high tensile strength steel. Floor shall be 3/16" tread plate high tensile steel. Entire unit shall be electrodeposition prime -paint for corrosion resistance and be top coated gloss back. Underside of floor shall be water -based undercoating on underside of platform. ICC bumper shall be included and installed. There shall be a screened window bulkhead contoured to confirm to the lines of the chassis cab to allow for maximum visibility. Underbody Boxes: One per side — 60" long X 18" high and 18" deep. Boxes shall sit in front of the rear tires with drop down doors. Underbody boxes shall have rock guards installed on the front of each underbody toolbox. Unit shall have a class V receiver hitch with ICC bumper and trailer light plug. Hitch must be no more than 6" than end of bed. Platform shall have a 14" removable solid stake sides with a 14" drop down solid rear gate. Lighting shall include all LED clearance lights. Chassis stop tail turn reverse located off the lcc bumper. There shall also be a set of four corner LED strobe lights included with the front grill mounted and the rear 6" oval in the rear platform apron. Body Builder must have a pre -build conference with the purchaser to go over layout and placement of all equipment and two such sessions during equipment installation.
