referenced Change Order for an increase of $20,229, plus an additional sixty-six (66) days,
bringing the current contract amount to $237,812 and the revised project completion date to
September 30, 2019.

Brief Summary of Change Order; (Construction Change, Alternative, Substitution, Differing Instructions, Out of Scope, Etc.).
Curb wall reinforcement is needed to structurally secure the new skylight. Interior bracing options
were suggested, but DCI does not want visual obstructions for the new skylight. An exterior
bracing option was planned which involves some reconstruction and roof membrane work. A 66
day extension was included for design delays and new subcontractor scheduling.
