Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: . Hydraulic Design of a culvert crossing of Phillips Ditch to allow for a secondary access road to the Hidden Creek subdivision ii. Coordination and permit submittal application preparation to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources for the Hidden Creek secondary access culvert iii. Survey coordination, preparation of Design Plans and cost analysis for emergency replacement of a small structure crossing of Privet Lane over Clyde Creek iv. Survey coordination and drainage investigation into the cause of inlet flooding near the intersection of Lindenwood Dr and Laurelwood Dr in the Laurel Woods Apartment complex. Coordination related to Kiefer Ditch impacts with St. Joseph County as needed or warranted by the investigation. b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: Hourly by employees class as set in Appendix 1 of the Agreement for a total compensation estimated to be $99,450. 5.
