Sucher reported that the rough draft of the Demolition Contract ►ocuments had been approved by the Housing and Home Finance Agency ,ith their suggestions for adjustments of six items. The contract is eing prepared in its final form for review by the members of the ►emolition Committee. r. Koczan, Chairman of the Demolition Committee, will call a eeting of the Committee. -2- The Commissioners reviewed the prepared Form H -649, "Request or Wage Determination ", for submission to the Housing and Home _._ 'Finance Agency. On motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place and unanimously carried, the Commission authorized the ignature of the President and approved the request. VI. �NVIESYRMENYS r. Helmen informed the Commission of the $500, 000 invested in S. Treasury Bills (90 -day Notes). Iollowing a discussion and report received from Mr. Sucher regard - Zg the reappropriation of bond funds by Common Council in 1961 and ze immediate need for encumbered funds for acquisitions and current xpenses, the Commission authorized the reinvestments in U. S. Treasury ills of $400, 000 from the Project Expenditures Account ($200, 000 in 0 -day Notes and $200, 000 in 60 -day Notes). memorandum to this effect will be issued by Mr. Sucher and sent Mr. Helmen and Mr. E.
