Agenda: Bill No. 12 -62
Committee Chair Henry Davis opened the hearing by recognizing Paul Phair from
Holladay Corp. who initiated the abatement petition. Mr. Phair requested the Council
delay the hearing until the next meeting.
Councilmember Gavin Ferlic motioned to continue Bill No. 12 -62 until the Council
meeting on August 13th. Councilmember Dr. Fred Ferlic seconded and all voted
approval.
There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, Chairperson
Henry Davis, Jr., adjourned the meeting at 3:58 p.m.
