Mr, Sucher reported the Schedule of Indemnities and Premiums for Accident Coverage of the Travel Insurance Policy by the St. Paul Fire and urine Insurance Company. The Commissioners and Mayor Bruganer discussed the need and monies available for travel insurance.. On motion made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Koczan, and unanimously carried the Commission, decided that individuals traveling on business of the Commission should be insured for the principal sum of $25, 000. The Commission decided that two members of the Commission and two staff members should attend the NAHRO Conference on October 2 -5 being held in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Louis, Mr. Place and Mr. Sucher will fly to Detroit, and Mr. Bielicki will drive. V. The eed for clerical help for acquisition was discussed, and it was agre d that part time help should be hired, if funds are available. VI. Mayor Bruggner reported that arrangements have been made for the trip to Chicago on September 28 to sign the bonds. Mayor Bruggner, the newly appointed City Controller, Mr. Edwin L. Davies, Mr. Sucher and Mr. Baer must be present for the transaction. The Commission felt i unnecessary for members to attend.
