The Meeting was called to order by Mr. Frank Koczan, President. Minutes
of the Meeting of October 23rd were approved as mailed. The following
business was discussed.
1. RESOLUTION MODIFICATION
It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to pass the modification
to the Resolution of the Survey & Planning Application of the Sample Street
Project, which requests approval by the United States of America to incur
costs in an amount not to exceed $98, 000 for surveying and planning.
After federal approval of the above has been obtained, it will enable us
to carry on our project with city funds until such time that federal funds
areavailable and the Constitutionality of Renewal in Indiana has been
acce ted.
