1. Electi n of Officers - The following members were nominated and unanimously
elected. to office:
President -. Mr. Frank Koczan
Vice President .- Mr. James Louis
Secretary - Mr. Donald Adair
2. The
ving bills were approved:
a) January rent for Commission offices ($275.00) was
approved, with the stipulation that the Planning
Commission, which occupies 50 % of the rented
space, pay the full rent alternating years
b) $1, 860.00 for office car
c) $19.90 - supplies
3. The staff situation was discussed. Mr. Sucher was instructed to use his
judgment in hiring a secretary, but to present any other proposed employees
to the Commission for an interview.
4. The Commission decided to hold regular monthly meetings on the first
Thur day, beginning in March. These will be luncheon meetings, to be
held zt the Indiana Club at 12 o'clock noon.
