1. The President, Mr. Clyde Williams, presented a draft of the proposed
budget for 1958 as prepared by Robert L. Huff, Planning Director.
H3.ving considered and drastically reduced the proposed budget, the
f llowing budget was adopted:
Services - Personal
1 Salary' of Executive Director $15,000.
Salary of Secretary 3,900.
Total Services Personal $18,900.
S rvices - Contractual
2 2 Postage 150.
2 4 Telephone and Telegraph 600.
2 6 Traveling Expenses 1,500.
2 1 Advertising and Publication Notices 500.
2 2 Printing, Other Than Office Supplies 1,000.
