Regular Meeting

1. Minutes of the Meeting on December 3, 1956, were read and unanimously
approved.
2. Elections - The following members were nominated and unanimously
elected to office:
President - Thomas Hickey, Sr.
Vice President - Stanley Mezykowski
Secretary - Roy Root
3. Appointment of Commission - It was moved, seconded and unanimously
voted to reappoint the present members to the Redevelopment Comm'n:
Mr. Clyj lliams
Mr. Donchair
Mr. Vir ace
Mr. Frank'Koczan
Mr. James Louis
4. In informal discussion it was agreed that the Board of Trustees would
h ve one luncheon meeting each month, and would receive Minutes of
al Meetings of the Redevelopment Commission.
5. Alter review by the Board of Trustees of the Commission's activities
of the past year it was moved, seconded and unanimously voted to
ratify and confirm the Commission's actions of the past year.
