MINUTES
An Organiz tion Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commissioners was held
at 2:00 p.m l, January 2, 1957, at the Council Chambers, City Hall.
Presen : Messrs. Koczan, Louis, Place, Williams
Absent: Mr. Adair
1. Election of Officers:
The following Commissioners were duly nominated and unanimously
elected to office:
President - Clyde E. Williams, Sr.
Vice President - Virgil A. Place
Secretary - Donald L. Adair
Z. General Business
Tha Commission discussed trends in City development and trends
in renewal projects.
