RESOLUTION
The South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment ,desiring to
facilitate acquisition of properties in the Sample Street Project
Area,resolves as follows:
1. That all owners of acquired property be permitted to remain
in their dwellings, rent free, for a period not to exceed thirty days.
2. That all tenants be permitted to remain in their dwellings,
rent free, until the end of the rental period during which their
dwelling is acquired.
The South Bend Redevelopment Commission is of the opinion that
the above policy will expedite progress of the project by facilitat-
ing property acquisition.
