GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
RED VELOPMENT AUTHORIZING POSITION FIDELITY SCHEDULE
BON COVERING SLUM CLEARANCE AND URBAN RENEWAL PROJECTS..
Such bond is intended to provide indemnification to Local Public Agency
and the United States Government in connection with slum clearance and
urba,ri renewal projects against loss of funds or property caused by fraud
or dishonesty of any persons filling any position listed in the Schedule of
Posi ions .
