VELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM H -6144,
JEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ".
ADOPTED July 7, 1960
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Gov-
; Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has
red the three separate appraisals for the real estate to be acquired
Sample Street Project Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices as shown on HHFA
H -6144, dated July 7, 1960, are in the opinion of the Commission,
id reasonable; now therefore,
B E I T R E S O L V E D by the South Bend Redevelopment Commis-
sion that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144,
dated Tuly 7, 1960, is hereby approved.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment
Com fission held on July 7, 1960, at the office of the Commission,
129 W st Colfax Avenue, South Bend, Indiana.
