WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission will approve
each option agreement, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission and the
pr perty owners of the Sample Street Project Area at the regular meetings

BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
