FURTHER RESOLVED: That the present procedure by Interstate
Demolition Corporation of selling units to individual wreckers
or demolishers for salvage shall henceforth be terminated and
that notice of this resolution be forwarded to the contractor.
FURTHER RESOLVED: That any further sales of units for wreck-
in by private persons shall be deemed a violation of the
pr visions of the contract entered into between Interstate
De olition Corporation and the Redevelopment Commission and in
th event same shall recur the appropriate penalty clauses under
th contract will be invoked.
