AUTHORIZING FILING OF FEASIBILITY SURVEY APPLICATION
, under Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE South Bend Redevelopment
Commission of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment:
Section 1. That the undertaking by the City of South Bend,

Section 3. That the filing of an application by the City of
South Bend, Department of Redevelopment for an Advance of funds
from the United States of America in an amount not to exceed
$57,552 for conducting such a survey in said urban area is hereby
approved and that the President of the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission is hereby authorized and directed to execute and file
such Application with the Housing and Home Finance Administrator,
and tc provide such additional information and to furnish such
docum nts as may be required by said Administrator, and to act
as the authorized representative of the City of South Bend,
Department of Redevelopment.
