ION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
RECOMMENDED MINIMUM LAND DISPOSITION PRICES FOR SAMPLE
INDIANA R -7.
, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has had
three (3) independent reuse appraisals for Sample Street
Projects land; and
the Commission and staff have carefully reviewed
these appraisals and found them satisfactory;
, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following disposition
prices* recommended to the Housing and Home Finance Agency for
concurrence:

IT FURTHER RESOLVED

Parcels
#1, #2 and #4 be offered
at thelabove prices for light industrial reuse and that Parcels #3
and #5 be offered at their respective prices for commercial reuse.

Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of South Bend,
Department of Redevelopment, herein called the "Applicant, " and the

'Governing Body ";
(2) that the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of the resolution
as finally adopted at a meeting of the Governing Body held on the _

oes not have and is not legally required to have an official seal;
(5) 'hat the undersigned is duly authorized to execute this certificate.
