WHEREAS it is necessary and in the public interest that

N W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMIS ION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
That Application on behalf of the City of South Bend, Department
of Red velopment for a loan under Section 102(a) of said Title I in
the amount of $1,428,066 and for a Project Capital Grant and a
Relocation Grant to the full amount available for undertaking and
financ'ng the Project is hereby approved, and that the President
is hereby authorized and directed to execute and to file such
Applic tion with the Housing and Home Finance Agency, and to provide
such a ditional information and to furnish such documents as may be
requir d in behalf of said Agency, and to act as the authorized
corres ndent of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment.
