RESOLUTION APPROVING URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE
CHAPIN STREET PROJECT INDIANA R -29 AS AMENDED BY
THE SOUTH BEND CITY PLAN COMMISSION
, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment, has
heretofore passed a resolution approving an Urban Renewal Plan
for t* Chapin Street Project, Indiana R -29, and
, the South Bend City Plan Commission, in making its
finding that said Renewal Plan conforms to the Comprehensive Plan
of the �ity of South Bend, has stipulated that the Scott Street
s under the New York Central Railroad shall remain open.
. That the South Bend Redevelop-
ment Commission hereby concurs in said stipulation and adopts said
Renewal�Plan as amended and recommends to the Common Council of
the Cit� of South Bend the approval of said Urban Renewal Plan as
Ad pted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission held on December 20, 1962, at the office of the Commission,
