NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That the South
Bend Redevelopment Commission sell to the Board of Park
Commissioners, as soon as practicable after acquisition and
site clearance 9.5 acres described approximately as follows:
The entire portion of the project area lying West of
Chapin Street in the City of South Bend, County of
St. Joseph, State of Indiana, excluding that portion
set aside for street purposes.
8 RTHER RESOLVED: That title to said real estate will be
t ansferred, subject to the following covenants against
r cial restrictions: The Purchaser, its successors and

r ntal or in the use or occupancy of the Property, or any

RESOLVED that a copy of the resolutions of the Board of
Park Commissioners marked Exhibit A, be submitted to the
H.H.F.A.; and that a copy of the resolution adopted by

RTHER RESOLVED: That the proposal contained in the
solutions of the Board of Park Commissioners and the
uth Bend Housing Authority, together with the fore -
ing resolutions of acceptance shall constitute the
sposal agreement.

4. Said meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in ac-
cordance with law and the bylaws of the Local Public Agency. To the
extent required by law or said bylaws, due and proper notice of said
meeting was given. A legal quorum of members of the Governing Body
was present throughout said meeting, and a legally sufficient number
of members of the Governing Body voted in the proper manner for the
adoption of said resolution, All other requirements and proceedings
under law, said bylaws, or otherwise, incident to the proper adoption
of said resolution, including any publication, if required by law,
have be n duly fulfilled, carried out, and otherwise observed.
5. If the seal appears below, it constitutes the official seal of
the Local Public Agency and was duly affixed by the undersigned at
thetime this certificate was signed. If no seal appears below, the
Local Public Agency does not have and is not legally required to have
an official seal.
