AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO NOTIFY
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER ON PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTE
NO 3 TO BE SOLD JULY 30, 1963.
The Executive Director called the attention of the Commis -
si n to the fact that an advertisement had been placed in
The Bond Buyer, offering for sale preliminary loan notes,
3re Series A, in the principal amount of $1,166,000, guar-
anteed by the United States Government. These advertise -
me is called for sealed bids to be opened on July 30, 1963,
12 P.M., Central Daylight Time, in the presence of the City
Co troller, Mr. Edwin L. Davies.
Mr. Sucher stated that under the procedure outlined by the
HHEIA, the City Controller would notify the successful bid-
der on the preliminary loan notes, after first securing
ao roval of the HHFA.
On motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Koczan and
un nimously carried, the following resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED that the City Controller be and is hereby
authorized to notify the successful bidder or
bidders on the preliminary loan notes to be sold on
July 30, 1963.
