RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT
AMENDING LOAN AND CAPITAL GRANT CONTRACT
NO. INDIANA R -7 (LG) BY AND BrETV7EEN THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOP-
MENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
REDEVELOPMENT nS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, The pending proposed First Amendatory
itract (herein called the "Amendatory Contract "), to
ynd that certain Loan and Capital Grant Contract No.
liana R- 7(LG), dated the 17th day of August, 1060, by
1 between the City of South Bend, Department of Rede-
.opment (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and
United States of America (herein called the "Govern -
it "), is hereby in all respects approved.
SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Amendatory Contract in two counter-
parts on behalf of the Local Public Agency, and the Secre-
tary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and
attest the official seal of the Local Public Agency on each
su h counterpart and to forward such counterparts to the
Ho sing and Home Finance Agency, for execution on behalf
of the Government, together with such other documents
re ative to the approval and execution of such counter -
pa is as may be required by the Government.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immedia-
te y.
ADOPTED at the special meeting of the South Bend
Redevelopment Commission held on August 20, 1063, at the

Be ad, Indiana.
