ORDINANCE NO. `s~g~~~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING $28,919 FROM FUND 210, THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STATE GRANT FUND, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING IN THE SUPPORT OF THE DIVISION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT'S ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET Statement of Purpose and Intent: In order to assist in the provision of business assistance services for the community, monies from Fund 210 will be used to support the administrative budget for the Division of Economic Development: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. The sum of $28,919 is hereby appropriated from the City of South Bend's Economic Development State Grant Fund (Fund 210) to be used by the Division of Economic Development to assist in the support of that division's 2005 administrative budget. SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
