FOR THE PURCHASE OF $990,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT

selling $990,000 in preliminary loan notes for the financing

1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners

1. The President of said Board be and hereby is authorized
to accept the low bid or bids for said preliminary loan
notes with acceptance to be by telegram and confirmed by
letter.
