RESOLUTION AMENDING ARTICLE II, SECTION 4, BY -LAWS OF THE
SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
WHER , the by -laws of the City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission
provid for a Secretary of the Redevelopment Commission; and
WHEREAS, said by -laws provide in Section 6 that officers of the Commis-
sion stall perform such other duties as may be required, and
WHEREAS, in order to avoid confusion and delays in the absence of the
Secretary, it is the opinion of the Redevelopment Commission that an
Assist t Secretary position be provided under Article II, Section 4 -At
