LUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS FOR
PURCHASE OF $783,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES OF THE
OF SOUTH BENby DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS,, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling
$783,0 in preliminary loan notes for the financing of an Urban Renewal
Project in the City of South Bend, Indiana, designated as Chapin Street
Project Area, Indiana R -29, to be secured by an agreement between the
City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the United States
of Ame*ica, and
, the notes will be sold on the 19th day of January, 1965, at
1 p.m. JE.S.T. ,
NOW, THEREF ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows:
The President of said Board be and hereby is authorized
to accept the low bid or bids for said preliminary loan
notes with acceptance to be by telegram and confirmed
by letter.
