RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF $735,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling
$735,0)0 in preliminary loan notes for the financing of an Urban Renewal
Project in the City of South Bend, Indiana, designated as Sample Street
Projec Area, Indiana R -7, to be secured by an agreement between the
City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the United States
of America, and
, the notes will be sold on the 18th day of May, 1965 at 1 p.m.

NOW, TWREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
t of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows:

and is hereby authorized to accept the low bid or bids for
said preliminary loan notes with acceptance to be by tele-
gram and confirmed by letter.
