Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, require that

WHEREAS, here was presented to this meeting of the governing body of
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, for its consideration
and approval, a Schedule of Average Annual Gross Rentals for Standard
Housing in Locality, dated June 3, 1965, to be used in connection with
the Urban Renewal Projects identified above; and
WHEREAS, the Schedule of Average Annual Gross Rentals for Standard
Housing i Locality to be used in connection with the Urban Renewal
Projects dentified above was reviewed and considered at the meeting:
NOW, THER FORE, be it resolved by the governing body of the City of
South Ben , Department of Redevelopment, that the Schedule of Average
Annual Gr ss Rentals for Standard Housing in Locality is hereby, in
all respe ts, approved.
