OLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS
THE PURCHASE OF $555; 000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES OF
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling $555, 000
ry loan notes fsr the financing of an Urban Renewal Project in the City of
South Bend,l Indiana, designated as Chapin Street Project Area, Indiana R -29, to be
secured by �n agreement between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment
and the United States of America, and
WHEREAS, Ithe notes will be sold on the 19th day of October, 1965 at 12 noon Eastern
Standard Tii{ne .
NOW, THEI EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Depart-
ment of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows:
The resident of said Board or designated representatives be and is
hereby authorized to accept the low bid or bids for said preliminary
loan �otes with acceptance to be by telegram and confirmed by letter.
