RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND® DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, APPROVING CONTRACTS FOR LAND DISPOSITION
AND AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE DEEDS IN THE SAMPLE STREET
PROJECT R -7
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has
heret fore approved the sale of certain real estate in the Sample
Street Project R -7 based on written offers submitted by certain
Redev lopers hereinafter described, together with adequate deposits
by sa'd Redevelopers, and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopers hereinafter described have
execu ed Contracts for Land Disposition and are now ready, willing
and a le to pay the balance of the purchase price, and
WHEREAS, upon the payment of the balance of the purchase
price by said Redevelopers, said Redevelopers are entitled to a
Quit- laim Deed from the Department of Redevelopment,
NOW* THEREFORE* BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend
Redev lopment Commission hereby approves the Contracts for Land
Dispo ition executed by the Redevelopers hereinafter set out for
the s le of the real estate immediately described after each
Redeveloper, and does further authorize the President and
Secretary of the Redevelopment Commission to execute said
Contracts for Land Disposition for and on behalf of the South
Bend Redevelopment Commission with the following Redevelopers
for t e real estate hereinafter described following each
