RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM H 6144
"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ".
ADOPTED May 26, 1966
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body
of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the
three separate appraisals for 80 Parcels of real estate being a portion
only of the real estate to be acquired in the LaSalle Park Project Area; and
W . EREAS the proposed acquisition prices for 80 Parcels of real estate
as sh wn on HHFA Form H -6144, dated May 25, 1966, are in the opinion
of the Commission, fair and reasonable; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the
filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, dated
May 25, 1966, for 80 Parcels of real estate is hereby approved.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
held o May 26, 1966, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle
Avenu , South Bend, Indiana.
