WHEREAS, Karl Ebel, for various reasons and
is health, desires to tender his resignation as Executive
irector of the Department of Redevelopment of the City
South Bend;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the resigna-
tion tendered by Karl Ebel as Executive
Director of the Department of Redevelopment
of the City of South Bend, is hereby
accepted and said resignation shall take
effect immediately.
This resolution was adopted on the 2nd day
f July , 1970.
